*The kit you choose depends on whether you are proposing to do the’freestyle/freeride’ style or’alpine/carving’. The alpine board is of a thicker and heavier type to give a smooth ride, while the freestyle board is shorter and simpler to maneuver.

*The garments you wear also have a great result on your snowboarding pleasure. The garments you are wearing should be fitting but yet comfortably loose.

When you are all set for the slopes, do not forget to start off slowly. My advice is getting 1 lesson to start with. Rather than’crashing and burning’ like i did my first time, a lesson can save you lots of bumps and bruises!
